The flagship product in our antibacterial Washi paper line is our antibacterial Washi paper file folders. Uniquely produced using Washi paper, our antibacterial Washi paper file folders have the luxurious feel associated with Washi paper products. Washi paper is a highly durable paper product made from the kozo, gampi, and mitsumata shrubs which are know for long paper fibers that create strength and durability. Our unique manufacturing process embeds the antibacterial treatment into the Washi paper fibers themselves rather than simply spraying an antibacterial chemical treatment on the surface of the file folders. By embedding the antibacterial treatment deep within the Washi paper, our antibacterial properties last for years compared to competitor file folders.

Antibacterial Paper Manufacturing Process
The proprietary manufacturing process used to produce our line of antibacterial paper products results in long-lasting antibacterial benefits in our Washi paper. Instead of applying antibacterial chemicals to the surface of the paper using the same method as our competitors, Edofiber embeds antibacterial properties within the Washi paper fiber itself. Washi paper, which is produced using the pulp from the kozo, gampi, and mitsumata shrubs is renowned for its long-lasting durability due to the long fibers inherent to these Japanese shrubs. By embedding the antibacterial properties into the Washi paper fibers during the paper manufacturing process, we are able to extend the antibacterial qualities for years, compared to surface-treated antibacterial paper.
